I’m Graham from GE Fitness. I am a running coach and a Fit Pro specialising in working with older clients who are either lapsed exercisers or maybe have never previously exercised but feel, for whatever reason it is time to start
In my youth I was an avid footballer, but really started looking after my health and improving my fitness later in life.
I ran my first Marathon in my 50’s and gained a six pack in my 60’s proving the concept that it is never to late to start taking care of yourself.
So if you are a runner, I am England Athletic trained and can help. If running is not your thing but you have reached the time in your life where you realise you have neglected your health and wellbeing I am also qualified to help.

Graham has been working with me post knee op with the goal of returning to football after a spell out from a meniscus tear.
He put together a 10 week program tailored to my needs and it’s exactly what I asked for! Anything I wanted to work on he was more than happy to include the following week and he made me feel very comfortable, the sessions were varied and enjoyable even if I wasn’t a fan of the ropes.
He also looked at my running technique and has helped me improve that.
He was very flexible and fit me in each week sometimes at short notice around a busy schedule which I really appreciated.
Now after two training sessions back at football on no contact I am waiting for the all clear from the physio to return to playing. I am feeling so much fitter, stronger and he has given me the confidence I needed to get back to playing.
Highly recommend for anyone needing the extra support with anything at all.

I am competing in my first HYROX races this year, one of which is in a mixed double with a partner who runs a much faster pace than me.
Never having had any guidance with my running technique before I knew this would be helpful to maximise my efficiency and prevent injury in preparation for HYROX especially as I was wanted to push myself to achieve a bit more than I had previously.
Little did I appreciate just how much of a difference Graham’s assessment and coaching would make to my ability to sustain my run and gain speed by adjusting my technique, paying attention to my body and making adjustments.
His thorough assessment, advice and working with me to practice the moves gave me confidence and clarity with what to apply outside the coaching session
Graham is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, made me feel at ease and left me eager to implement the skills I needed to improve.
